What it does
According to its help centre and pricing page, RevenueHero takes an inbound lead from your web form, checks it against your qualification rules, matches it to a rep through your CRM ownership and routing rules, and shows that rep's calendar only to the leads that pass.
Its Inbound Router can disqualify free email addresses first, then leads that fail conditions on form answers such as job title or company size. Matching rules look up who owns the account in the CRM, and distribution rules such as round robin assign the rest.
A disqualified prospect is sent to a page you choose, and a qualified one who doesn't book gets "Not booked" written to the CRM as the meeting status, the help centre says.
The pricing page lists a paid add-on that runs an enrichment waterfall across five data providers when the form is submitted, so you can qualify on what it returns.
Per the help centre's HubSpot article, every booking, reschedule and cancellation writes back to the contact, the meeting activity and the owner assignment in HubSpot. Each meeting activity record names the rule and router behind the assignment.
The help centre also documents RevenueHero's scheduler inside Intercom Messenger and an MCP server that lets an AI agent book meetings. Both run through an inbound router, and the MCP article says the agent gets the same rules your web forms run on. RevenueHero's own team issues the MCP token and turns on CRM contact creation for Intercom bookings.
Who it fits
RevenueHero fits B2B companies with more than one rep taking inbound demo requests. You'll need one of the CRMs it connects to, since its help centre says connecting one is mandatory.
RevenueHero's pricing page says a seat is a rep who takes meetings, with no seat minimum and free admins.
Several parts this job needs sit on Advanced only: creating new contacts or leads in the CRM, owner updates, and qualifying on enriched values. The last of those also needs the native enrichment add-on, listed at $79 a month billed yearly for 500 credits a month in October 2026.
RevenueHero's case studies run from Northbeam, whose team it calls "small, scrappy", to Freshworks, which it describes as a public company listed on NASDAQ.
I'd shortlist it if most of your inbound arrives through a demo form and the slow part is getting each lead to the right rep. If you want a lead score, compare the other inbound lead qualification agents; if leads from an email inbox need handling too, weigh building one instead.
Limitations
RevenueHero's help centre documents no lead score, and each form submission in its routing logs ends as Booked, Not Booked or Disqualified by rules that pass or fail.
Neither the pricing page nor the help centre documents a way to qualify leads that arrive in an email inbox, though one article shows a rep handing a prospect from their inbox to an account executive through a Relay router and the Chrome extension. Relay routers don't qualify leads.
The help centre marks writing enriched values into CRM fields as an add-on that you ask support to turn on.
If a CRM workflow also writes the owner field, the help centre warns that the two can compete and the owner can appear to switch after a booking.
One of the G2 reviews shown on AWS Marketplace, from September 2025, says the initial setup "can be quite steep", especially for the routing logic.
In October 2026 the pricing page listed audit logs, custom roles and permissions, and API and MCP server access as coming soon. The help centre already documented the MCP server that month, and said only admins could open routing logs.
RevenueHero's pricing FAQ says there's no free trial, but its page for cybersecurity companies offers a 14-day one. In place of a trial, the FAQ suggests the monthly plan, with no lock-in. I'd take that route and pin a target for booked meetings before moving to yearly billing.
