Scope and boundaries

Each Pilot engagement is meant for one workflow. Not a workflow plus a dashboard, not a workflow plus a Slack bot to query it, not "while you're in there, can you also…"— one workflow, shipped well. This is the constraint that makes the four-week timeline real. Process

01 — SCOPING(WEEK 1)

A working session to lock the exact workflow, the inputs, the outputs, and the success criteria. Read-only access to the systems involved. By end of week one, we both know what "done" looks like.

02 — BUILD(WEEKS 2–3)

We build the agent against a staging environment or sandboxed inputs. You get a check-in mid-week-two with a working prototype. We adjust based on what you see.

03 — DEPLOYMENT AND TRAINING(WEEK 4)

Production deployment. A training session with the operator on your team. Documentation handed over. The AI agent runs in production for your workflow.

04 — POST-LAUNCH(AFTER HANDOFF)

30 days support window for bugs, edge cases, and prompt tuning.

What it costs

$15,000, fixed. Paid 50% upfront, 50% on production deployment. Custom scopes and multi-workflow engagements are quoted separately — start with an intro call.
