We respect your privacy. This page explains what data we collect when you use this website, what we do with it, and what choices you have. If anything here is unclear, write to us - the address is at the bottom.

This site is operated by LeoPathway Solutions, based in India. References to "we" and "us" mean LeoPathway Solutions; "you" means the visitor or user of this site.

September 2026: this site now uses Google Analytics, and it has an AI readiness assessment and two quizzes. The sections below explain how.

October 2026: Google Analytics now records whether you get each quiz question right and which Product Graveyard filters you use. The tick box on the assessment offers the newsletter instead of follow-up emails.

What we collect

We collect a small amount of personal data, mostly when you choose to give it.

When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company (if you give one), and the contents of your message. This is so we can reply.

When you subscribe to the newsletter, we collect your email address. We use this to send you the newsletter and nothing else.

When you take a quiz on this site, the share link for your result carries only the name of the quiz and your score.

When you complete the AI readiness assessment and ask for your report by email, we collect your email address, your name and company if you give them, and your answers. We use them to send you the report, and we may write to you about it ourselves. Your answers leave your browser only when you ask for the report. If you also tick the separate newsletter box, we subscribe you to the newsletter and add your first name and tags for the assessment, your score band, your company-size band and the agents it recommended. We use the tags to see which subscribers came from the assessment and what it found. The box starts unticked.

When you book a call, the booking form (provided by Cal.com) collects your name, email, and any details you enter while scheduling. This is so we can show up to the call.

When you visit any page, our hosting provider (Vercel) collects basic technical information - your IP address, browser type, the page you visited, and the time you visited. This is standard server-log information used to keep the site running and understand traffic patterns. We do not use this data to profile you or build advertising audiences.

We also use Google Analytics to see which pages people read and how they found the site. It records the pages you view, how you arrived, how long you stay and how far you scroll, what you search for on the site, the links and buttons you click, when you start or send a form (not what you type), which quiz or assessment you start and finish, each quiz question you answer and whether you got it right (not which wrong option you picked), your score band, whether and how you share a result or ask for the report, the recommendations you click (not your assessment answers), which Product Graveyard filters you use (not what you pick or type), your device and browser, and your approximate location. It does not tell us who you are.

We do not collect payment information through this site. If you become a client, payment is handled outside this website.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses a minimal number of cookies. Most come from embedded third-party services:

• Cal.com sets cookies when you interact with the booking widget so it can manage the scheduling session.
• Vercel may set a cookie related to hosting infrastructure.
• Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits and to tell new visitors from returning ones. If you are in the EEA or the UK, it does not load at all until you agree. Elsewhere it runs by default. Wherever you are, you can turn it off at any time from the Cookies link at the bottom of every page.
• The quizzes and the assessment keep your progress in browser session storage so a reload does not lose it. It clears when you close the tab. Apart from what Google Analytics records, nothing in it is sent unless you ask for the assessment report.

We do not set advertising cookies or use advertising trackers. You can disable cookies in your browser. If you do, the booking widget may not function.

Why we process your data

We process your data on these bases:

• You asked us to. When you fill out a form or subscribe, you’re explicitly providing your data for a specific purpose.
• Legitimate use. Operating the website, measuring how it is used, replying to inquiries, keeping records of business communication, and protecting against abuse are legitimate uses under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and similar frameworks elsewhere.
• Your consent. In the EEA and the UK, Google Analytics only runs if you allow it. The assessment adds you to the newsletter only if you tick its box, and every issue has an unsubscribe link.

We do not share it with advertisers.

Who else sees your data

We use a small number of third-party services to operate the site. Each sees a portion of the data described above:

• Brevo - delivers contact-form messages to our inbox, sends assessment reports to you, and sends us an alert for each report. Sees: name, email, company, message contents, assessment answers and results.
• Kit (formerly ConvertKit) - delivers the newsletter and stores your subscription. If you tick the newsletter box on the assessment, it also stores your first name and the tags described above. Sees: email address, first name, tags.
• Cal.com - runs the booking widget and stores scheduling data. Sees: name, email, scheduling details.
• Vercel - hosts this website. Sees: technical access logs.
• Google Analytics - measures site traffic. Sees: pages viewed, how you arrived, time on page and scrolling, on-site searches, clicks, form starts and sends, tool starts, completions, score bands, quiz questions answered and whether each was right, shares and how they were made, report requests, Product Graveyard filter use, device and browser details, approximate location.
• Google Search Console - provides aggregated search-traffic statistics for the site. Does not see individual user data.

These providers are based outside India (most are in the United States). When your data is sent to them, it is transferred internationally. We rely on the providers’ standard contractual safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law.

How long we keep it

• Contact form messages - kept in our email inbox for as long as the conversation is relevant, then archived. Typically up to two years.
• Assessment alerts - the copy of your answers and result that reaches our inbox is kept like contact messages, typically up to two years.
• Newsletter subscribers - you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email. Kit keeps the unsubscribed record; write to us to have it deleted.
• Assessment tags - stored on your newsletter record in Kit and kept as long as it is.
• Booking data - retained by Cal.com per their policy and by us for the duration of any working relationship plus a reasonable period afterwards.
• Server logs - kept by our hosting provider for a short period (typically 30 days) and used only for operational purposes.
• Analytics data - Google Analytics deletes data tied to a visitor 14 months after their last visit. Aggregated reports that do not identify anyone are kept. Its cookies expire two years after your last visit.

If you want something removed earlier, write to us.

Your rights

Under the DPDP Act and similar laws elsewhere, you have rights regarding your personal data:

• Access - you can ask what data we hold about you.
• Correction - you can ask us to fix anything that’s wrong.
• Erasure - you can ask us to delete your data, subject to limited exceptions where retention is required by law or by an ongoing engagement.
• Withdrawal of consent - where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
• Grievance - if you have a complaint about how we handle your data, you can raise it with us directly.

Children’s data

This site is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you’re a parent or guardian and believe we’ve inadvertently collected data from a minor, write to us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect personal data - using providers that maintain industry-standard security practices, transmitting data over encrypted connections, and limiting access to data within our team. No system is perfectly secure, however, and we cannot guarantee that data will never be intercepted or accessed without authorization.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be flagged on this page; minor edits (clarifications, formatting) will not.
