01 — DIAGNOSTIC

AI Opportunity Audit

$5,000 · 2 WEEKS · FIXED SCOPE

Two weeks inside your operation. We map the workflows, analyze them on hours-saved and complexity, and hand back a prioritized roadmap your team can actually act on. This working document names the next 3–5 things to automate and what each one will cost to build.

Who this is for

Founders, COOs, and operations leaders at SMBs who believe AI could absorb meaningful manual work and want to get it done quickly. You’ve heard the pitches. You don’t need another vendor who’ll spend six months telling you what’s possible. You need someone who can walk through your operation, do the diligence, and tell you what to build first.

What you get

  1. 01 /

A report analyzing each workflow on hours saved per month, complexity to automate, and ROI.

  2. 02 /

A prioritized shortlist of the top 3–5 workflows worth automating first.

  3. 03 /

Recommended technology stack per workflow — which models, which tools, build versus buy.

  4. 04 /

Estimated build cost and timeline per recommended workflow.

  5. 05 /

    A 30-day implementation roadmap.

  6. 06 /

A 60-minute video readout walking through the findings with you and your team.

  7. 07 /

A two-week follow-up Q&A window after the readout, by email or Slack.

Process

01 — KICKOFF AND ACCESS(WEEK 1, DAYS 1–2)

A 60-minute call to align on what to look at and where to start. We get read-only access to the input data and source systems — PM tools, CRM, ops dashboards, whatever runs the workflows in scope.

02 — STAKEHOLDER INTERVIEWS(WEEK 1, DAYS 3–5)

30-minute interviews with the people who actually run the workflows — ops, finance, customer success, sales operations. The number of interviews depends on the size and shape of your operation; typically four to six.

03 — SYNTHESIS AND SCORING(WEEK 2, DAYS 1–3)

Internal week. We analyze each workflow on hours saved per month, complexity, and ROI. We rank them, sketch the build approach for the top candidates, and draft the recommended stack.

04 — DELIVERABLE AND READOUT(WEEK 2, DAYS 4–5)

We send the finished document and walk through it together on a 60-minute call. The two-week follow-up Q&A window starts from that date.

What it costs

$5,000, fixed. Paid 50% upfront, 50% on delivery of the readout. No add-ons, no scope-creep retainer pitch at the end. If the audit doesn’t surface at least one workflow worth automating, we refund half1 — that has never happened, but the offer stands.

Book an intro call

A 20-minute call to confirm fit before either of us commits. We’ll ask what your operation does and where the manual work lives; you’ll ask whatever you want to ask.
