Sponsored placements and partnerships

We accept sponsored placements and affiliate partnerships on relevant pages of this site. In practice that means the tool comparisons, the course roundups, and the other pages where a reader is already deciding what to buy or sign up for.

Relevance is the filter. If a product is not something a product manager or a small-business owner would evaluate on that page, it does not go on that page, whatever the offer.

How links are handled

Every sponsored or affiliate link is disclosed on the page it appears on and is marked rel="sponsored". We do not sell followed links, we do not run undisclosed placements, and a placement does not change what the writing says about a tool. If we would not recommend it, we will not take the placement.
