LeoPathway Solutions is a dedicated team that builds AI agents for SMBs. We focus on operations work — the manual processes that quietly absorb hours every week — and we ship working systems on fixed timelines. Most of what passes for "AI consulting" right now ends in a slide deck. Ours ends with a working agent in production.

What we do

The Opportunity Audit is a two-week diagnostic that maps your workflows and tells you what to automate first. The Agent Pilot is a four-week build that takes one workflow and ships it to production. Most clients run the Audit first and pick a Pilot from the shortlist, but either is a fine starting point if you already know what you want.

How we work

Fixed scope, fixed timelines. We don’t spend six months on discovery. The work is concrete: analyze what the workflow does today, write down what it should do tomorrow, build the bridge.

Every engagement results in a concrete deliverable. We build the AI agent and we deploy it. If we’re not the right team for what you need, we’ll say so on the intro call rather than after the kickoff.

Who runs this

Aayush Jain leads the company. Technical background in AI product management — the writing on this site is from that practice — now focused on AI implementation work for SMBs. The team draws on engineers and operators who’ve shipped agent systems in production environments.

Where we work from

Remote-first. Most engagements run async with two or three video calls per week during active phases. We work with clients across North America and Europe; timezone alignment for daily contact is generally not necessary, but is available if your operation needs it.
