What it does

AI review in fynk checks each contract against rules your team sets and links each flag to the relevant section of the contract, according to fynk's feature pages.

fynk's review page says results show as green, orange and red signals, with the reason behind any failed check or a note when something is missing. The same page says a contract "won't go forward until non-negotiable terms are met."

fynk says it takes PDF, Word and scanned contracts, and that its AI analysis pulls out dates, parties, obligations and clauses. Liability limits, termination rights and auto-renewals are its examples of the risky clauses the analysis spots.

fynk's assistant page says you can question its built-in assistant about one contract or ask it to compare several, and that "every answer includes clickable references to the exact clauses used."

Who it fits

Of fynk's 143 reviews on OMR in October 2026, 87 came from companies OMR calls medium-sized, 43 from small ones and 13 from enterprises. Most of the review text there is in German.

Per fynk's pricing page in October 2026, Salesforce and Pipedrive connections start on Essential, HubSpot on Business, and SCIM user provisioning comes with Pro.

I'd shortlist it if you're a team in the EU that wants review and signing in one place. If your contracts already live in another system and you only want the review, I'd compare it with the rest of the contract review shortlist first, since you'd be paying per user for the whole platform.

Limitations

Nothing on fynk's AI review page says the review drafts replacement wording, and its page for legal teams says "AI in fynk does not decide."

G2's April 2026 AI summary of fynk's reviews says "the AI occasionally misses nuanced clauses or terms." It adds that reviewers found the initial setup lengthy where custom integrations were needed.

AI actions are metered in credits. fynk's pricing page, read in October 2026, gives each plan a monthly pool (50 credits per user on Free, 150 on Essential, 250 on Business) and doesn't say how many credits one review uses.

Before you sign, I'd set a pass mark in numbers, then put a month's worth of real contracts through the 14-day trial and see how many credits they use.

fynk's security page says that when you connect your own AI agent through the MCP server, contract data "travels to that agent and is handled under its vendor's terms."

The pricing page says yearly plans "need to be cancelled 3 months before the contract renews."
