- Erayaha Inc's privacy policy (v2.1, August 2026) says contract text goes over TLS 1.3 to memory, isn't kept on persistent disk and isn't used to train foundational AI models; its trust page calls its SOC 2 controls self-modeled and ISO 27001 self-aligned, and the DPA names Sprinto for monitoring.Read October 31, 2026: privacy policy, security page. What it does
Erayaha.AI is an add-in that reviews contracts inside Microsoft Word and Google Docs.
It runs as a sidebar on the document you already have open. Erayaha's home page says a check takes about 90 seconds and looks for auto-renewals, price rises, hidden liabilities and clauses that contradict each other. Each flag, the company says, "points to the exact clause and quotes the wording."
Erayaha's simulator page says its playbook library checks a supplier's contract against "your company's standard fallback clauses". The pricing page lists personal playbooks with fallback rules on the Individual plan and above, and a shared playbook library on Business.
A chat answers questions about the contract, and the simulator page says every answer "quotes the exact section number and page".
"It never signs, approves, or advises," the home page says. The terms call it decision support "requiring mandatory human review".
Who it fits
Erayaha.AI fits a small team or a solo lawyer who reviews contracts in Word or Google Docs and wants a first read before anyone signs.
Its FAQ says you don't need legal training to use it, and lists founders, procurement and finance leads, and compliance managers as well as lawyers among the people it's for.
Erayaha's pricing page counted one review as a document of up to 50,000 characters, about 20 pages, in October 2026. The page's example, a 150,000-character master agreement, drew three, and Business overages were listed at $1.50 a review that month.
I found no checkout for the paid plans. In October 2026 the Individual and Business buttons opened a contact form headed "Request an Enterprise Pilot".
I'd spend the five free reviews on contracts you've already negotiated, a small test set where you know the answers, before filling in that form.
Limitations
Erayaha.AI had little independent evidence when I checked in October 2026.
Erayaha's user guide describes less than its pricing page. It covers summaries, suggested revisions, risk analysis and chat, plus drafting in Word, and doesn't mention playbooks or citations.
The pricing table lists "scanned OCR" on every plan, but the guide says a document containing only images "cannot provide meaningful analysis". I wouldn't count on it for scanned contracts.
The home page says "Consistent results every time". Erayaha's user guide says suggestions can change when the AI reanalyzes a document, even after small edits.
On Product Hunt, Erayaha's CTO wrote that "we don't make any outright accuracy claims". Erayaha's terms don't warrant the service free of AI-generated omissions.
The home page calls Erayaha "SOC 2 Type II compliant", and so does a heading on its trust page. Under that heading, the text describes controls "self-modeled" against SOC 2 principles, and the page names no auditor. The trust center at security.erayaha.ai returned an error when I tried to open it on October 31, 2026. If your customers send security questionnaires, budget for a security review of your own, or compare what the other contract review agents publish on SOC 2 first.
The Free Trial is English only. Paid plans list 25+ languages, though the user guide, citing what it calls the legacy guide, says support for other languages is "in progress".
Both marketplace listings name the publisher as Erayaha Ventures LLP. The site's terms name Erayaha Inc, a Delaware corporation. I'd confirm which one your contract is with.

How it scores: 21 of 35
| Criterion | Score | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Job fit and output quality | 3 of 5 | Vendor pages describe flags that quote the clause, playbooks, tracked-change redlines and cited Q&A; the user guide covers revisions and chat, not playbooks |
| Setup time | 3 of 5 | Free tier installs from Microsoft's or Google's marketplace with no card; the paid-plan buttons opened a sales form and I found no checkout (October 2026) |
| Price at small-business scale | 4 of 5 | Five free reviews a month, then $1.58/review on Individual at $79 / seat / mo, billed monthly (October 2026); long contracts use several reviews |
| Controls | 3 of 5 | Accept or reject each suggested change in the document (user guide); roles and audit logs are in the pricing table, not the guide; no approval step described |
| Integrations | 3 of 5 | Word, Google Docs, drive sync on paid plans, Okta or Entra ID SSO on Enterprise or as a Business add-on, REST API, MCP server; no CLM or e-sign vendor named |
| Security evidence | 3 of 5 | Privacy policy (v2.1, August 2026): no document text on persistent disk or used to train foundational models; trust page calls SOC 2 controls self-modeled |
| Independent user evidence | 2 of 5 | 5.0 from 16 Microsoft ratings and 1 Google rating, read October 2026; every written review I read is from June or July 2025; G2 unreadable, no press found |
